here is the second album by 747.. this one is pretty much all me without help from others. the material was recorded mostly in 2007, but also a bit of it was done early 2008. the sound is simmilar to the first 747 tape, though perhaps a bit more.. better...? i'm fairly proud of how this release turned out.
this is the second release under the misled youth moniker. rough hip hop beats composed from (mostly) sampled material..
this is maybe one of the best albums i've done. there are weak moments, but also some real gems in here. i wrote and recorded most of these songs in 2003. this was essentially the last exclusively electronic style computer-based release that i did. originally, it was independently released on cdr in the latter half of 2004.
i recorded and released this on cdr in 2002. about 30 copies were made and sent out.
the styles on here are all over the place. i hadnt really found my niche as an artist yet, so you get some 200 bpm jungle cut-up shit alongside more experimental and ambient tunes.. i dunno, this definitely isnt the best work i've done, but it's not bad and kind of fun.
here's an album i recorded in 2006/2007. this was the first body of work where the 747 pseudonym was used. originally the group was conceived as a shoegaze band of sorts, but it's mostly me playing and my friend dave helping on some songs- not very shoegazey either.
